I recently stayed at Acatenango Inn for a few days on a leisure trip. The hotel's proximity to the city center was perfect, yet I was pleasantly surprised that I didn't hear any street noise. The rooftop terrace offered a breathtaking view and added to the charm of the colonial building. The staff was extremely responsive and helpful, even answering my queries about payments promptly. The provision of free filtered water, towels, shampoo, and soap was a thoughtful touch.

We had a great stay at Acatenango Inn! The staff were friendly and the room met our needs in an emergency when we had to change accommodations. We loved the beautiful view from the sunny rooftop terrace. The decoration of the colonial building added to the charm. The location was ideal, being very close to the center but still quiet. The hotel provided free filtered water, towels, shampoo, and soap. For the price, we found this hotel to be a great value.
